For the first time, the Imaginarium Team are bringing you a a team review. Of course the book is a fantasy. You can’t expect anything less from two fantasy addicts, it is however a slightly different fantasy than you might expect. First of all, there are no dragons, hobbits, fae or anything of the sort. There are however, pirates, secret societies, flying houses and witty, Victorian banter with some Austen/Bronte references.

I have never given a series a full 5 star rating for every book…until now. The Nevernight Chronicle by Jay Kristoff has become the first series I have ever read that has had a 5 star rating for all three books in the series. But it’s finally happened.

For all the seasonal readers out there who like to match their books with the season, here are some amazing books you should pick up this coming autumn. Ranging from cute and cosy to dark and spooky, there is a book for all of you.
